Service Scope: Our service includes AC repair, servicing, and installation for residential and commercial customers in Delhi-NCR.

Service Charge : Service charges are based on the type of service required and will be communicated to the customer before the service is performed.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing access to the AC unit and ensuring that the area is clear and safe for our technicians to work.

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Safety Precautions: Our technicians will take all necessary safety precautions while performing the service. Customers are advised to keep children and pets away from the work area.

Liability: We are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of the customer's failure to follow our recommendations or instructions.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
